An Attorney With A Passion For Helping Others

I have deep roots in Pennsylvania, having been raised here and attending Scranton Preparatory School. I was an undergraduate at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia where I studied political science and history. I then attended Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, where I received a certificate of achievement and excelled at constitutional law.

I started my legal career at a few law firms in Scranton as an associate and then moved to the Lackawanna County Public Defender's office where I successfully built a strong foundation in courtroom litigation by trying dozens of criminal law cases. I then founded Mastri Law LLC in February of 2011.

Treating My Clients With The Dignity They Deserve

I believe that the best way to approach my work as an attorney is to listen to the needs and goals of the clients. I then outline an effective legal strategy in a clear and plainspoken manner so you can make informed decisions that best resolve your legal issues. This open line of communication makes for a strong partnership and many satisfied clients. This applies to clients in a wide range of practice areas, including family law and divorce, personal injury cases and Social Security Disability.

Giving Back To A Community That Has Given Me So Much

While my work as a lawyer is quite rewarding, I also volunteer for Lackawanna Pro Bono, Inc., a nonprofit corporation that offers quality civil legal services to the poor and disadvantaged in Lackawanna County. I have also done work with the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, The Lackawanna Historical Society and volunteered at the Abington Community Library.
